Information collected
Vintra may collect account and profile details; seller application and identity-verification status; listings and uploaded media; messages and support communications; transaction, payout, and fulfillment records; device, log, cookie, and approximate location data; marketing preferences; and information users choose to provide. Payment card and identity documents may be collected directly by payment or verification providers rather than stored by Vintra.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and personalize the service; operate accounts, listings, offers, payments, payouts, shipping, pickup, and support; prevent fraud and enforce policies; communicate transactional messages; send marketing only where allowed; measure performance; comply with law; and protect users, Vintra, and others.
How information is shared
Information may be shared with other users as needed for marketplace activity; vendors that provide hosting, analytics, communications, payments, identity verification, shipping, security, and support; professional advisers; authorities or parties when legally required or needed to protect rights and safety; and a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer. Vintra does not sell personal information for money. If practices considered “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law are introduced, required notices and opt-out controls will be provided first.
Payments and fulfillment providers
Stripe may process payment, identity, account, and payout information under its own privacy terms. Shippo and shipping carriers may receive shipment and address information needed to quote, create, track, and support shipments. Users should review provider notices presented during those flows.
Retention
Vintra retains information for as long as needed for the purposes described, including operating accounts, completing transactions, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, meeting tax and accounting obligations, enforcing agreements, and complying with law. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
Security
Vintra uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. Users should use a unique password, protect their devices, and report suspected compromise promptly.
Your choices and rights
Users may update certain profile details, change marketing preferences, unsubscribe from promotional email, request account deletion, or contact Vintra about access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other privacy rights. Availability and exceptions depend on applicable law. Vintra may verify identity before completing a request and will not discriminate for exercising a legal privacy right.
Children
Vintra is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. The current marketplace is intended for adults 18 and older. Contact support if you believe a child provided personal information.
International use
Vintra is currently preparing for a United States launch. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. Additional notices and safeguards will be added before launching in jurisdictions that require them.
Policy updates
Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
