Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Vintra, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If Vintra later permits younger users, additional age and guardian requirements will be published first.
The marketplace
Vintra provides technology that can help independent buyers and sellers discover items, communicate, transact, and fulfill orders. Sellers are responsible for the items they list and for the accuracy, legality, safety, and fulfillment of their listings. Vintra may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts, but does not guarantee every user, listing, or item.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where prohibited by law.
Listings and conduct
Do not list prohibited, illegal, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, or misleading items. Use original or authorized content, disclose material flaws, communicate honestly, and do not manipulate reviews, evade fees, harass others, scrape the service, or interfere with security.
Payments and seller payouts
Vintra may use third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process payments, verify sellers, hold or route funds, manage payouts, and address refunds or disputes. Provider terms may apply. Sellers must complete required onboarding before receiving payouts. Totals and applicable fees are shown before confirmation. Payment availability is not guaranteed and may be limited for risk, compliance, or provider reasons.
Shipping and local pickup
Available fulfillment methods appear on the listing or order. Shipping services may be provided through third parties, including Shippo and carriers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. For local pickup, users are responsible for choosing a public, well-lit meeting place and following in-app confirmation steps. Never use a handoff to avoid required payment or safety controls.
Cancellations, returns, and disputes
Eligibility depends on the order state, item condition, fulfillment method, applicable law, and the refund policy in effect at purchase. Users must provide accurate information during reviews. Payment disputes may be handled by Vintra and its payment providers.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Vintra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to privacy settings and law. Do not upload content you lack rights to use.
Suspension and termination
Vintra may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, provider requirements, or protection of the service and its users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to legally required or permitted retention.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vintra is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vintra does not guarantee uninterrupted access, sales, item quality, user conduct, carrier performance, or a particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Vintra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
Vintra may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
