- Prescription or regulated medical products
- Hazardous materials or items carriers will not accept
- Personal data, financial accounts, credentials, or identity documents
- Sexual services, exploitation, or illegal explicit content
- Animals, human remains, or protected wildlife products
Restricted categories
Some branded, age-restricted, cosmetic, electronic, collectible, or high-value items may require extra proof or may be unavailable at launch. Provider and carrier restrictions also apply.
Authenticity
Sellers must be able to demonstrate authenticity when requested. Replicas, unauthorized copies, and misleading brand references are prohibited.
Enforcement
Vintra may remove listings, cancel transactions, limit accounts, preserve records, or report activity when required for safety, law, or provider compliance.
